  • Which areas do you deliver to?

    We serve multiple communities across Central Texas, including Waco, Temple, Belton, Gatesville, and surrounding neighborhoods. Check our website for the full list of delivery zones.

  • What are your delivery days and times?

    Deliveries are scheduled twice weekly on Tuesdays and Fridays between 10 AM and 6 PM. You’ll receive a notification with your estimated delivery window once your order is confirmed.

  • How do I place an order for home delivery?

    Orders can be placed easily through our website. Select your products, choose home delivery at checkout, and pick your preferred delivery day within available slots.

  • How do you refill containers?

    We have a few options for refills! We can refill at your home at the time of delivery, or you can bring your containers at pick up. We also accept exchanges of clean, uncracked glass mason jars of the same size. We will refill with the amount of product you purchased online or weigh at the time of service and finalize the transaction at that time. A member of our team will reach out to you before delivery for any additional information that is needed. If you have any questions or requests please feel free to reach out! 

  • What products are available for delivery?

    Our delivery includes household essentials, cleaning supplies, bath and body items, and sustainable storage solutions. All products are carefully packaged to maintain quality during transit.

  • Can I change or cancel my delivery order?

    You can modify or cancel your order up to 24 hours before your scheduled delivery. Contact our customer support team to assist with any changes.
